Yard Operative - East Sussex

Our client is the largest timber building manufacturers in the South East, who have over 30 years’ experience within the industry. They are currently looking for Yard Operatives to join their busy team.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a similar vacancy, as well as being able to assist in the assembly of products. As a Yard Operative you will be undertaking general labouring duties, working in the yard as well as assisting with the building of wooden structures.

Due to the location of the company, you will need to have your own transport.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Demonstrable labouring experience
• Be physically fit (Heavy lifting is involved)
• Be a strong team player
• Possess good communication skills
• Own Transport is essential due to the location

Your duties are a Yard Operative will include:

• General Labouring Duties
• Working in the yard
• Building sheds and summer houses
• Delivering material
• Unloading and loading materials

Salary:

£9.50 per hour

Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 6.30am – 3pm
• Temporary
