Housing Supervisor - West Sussex

Our client is a Temporary Accommodation provider who are currently looking for a Housing Supervisor /Administrator with management skills, to join their team on a Full Time Basis.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience within a similar position, possess excellent communication skills and be a strong team player. As a Housing Supervisor you will be monitoring the residents, dealing with any calls or alerts as well as maintaining the building safety. Due to the nature of the role own transport is essential.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Demonstrable experience within a similar position
• Experience of Care Home, Hostel or Hotel administration
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to 'think on your feet'
• Be a strong team player
• Ability to problem solve
• Be computer literate
• Flexible working times
• Own transport is essential

Your duties as a Housing Supervisor will include:

• Monitoring of the residents
• Ensuring the building safety
• Answering and dealing with any calls
• Answering and dealing with alerts

Salary: 

£20,000 per annum

Hours: 

• 40 hours per week including Evenings and Weekends
• Full Time, Permanent
