Cleaner - Part Time - Etchingham

Our client is a family run garden centre based in who believe in supporting local producers. They are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join their dedicated team in East Sussex on a Part Time basis.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience within a cleaning position, be able to handle heavy equipment and machinery, possess a good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplied and have high level of attention to detail. As a Cleaner you will ensure that the farm and furniture shop, as well as café and kitchen are cleaned to the highest of standards and health and safety is maintained.

Due to the location of the role, own transport and Full UK driving licence is required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

• Demonstrable experience as a cleaner
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Possess a good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Be able to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Possess a positive and approachable manner
• Ability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
• Own transport and Full UK Driving Licence is required

Your duties as a Cleaner would be:

• Cleaning of farm and furniture shop including hoovering, mopping, and disinfecting
• Ensuring all areas of the kitchen and café are cleaned to the highest of standards
• Keeping record of cleaning products and stock
• Maintaining Health and Safety

Salary:

£9,360 - £11,232 per annum

Hours:

• Part Time: 18 hours per week (6 days a week, 2-3 hours per day)
• Can work either early morning or evening
• Permanent
